It is rare and certainly a pleasure to come across a boat so well maintained as Helene IV. She's had just  one owner. He's a Veteran/ retired Corporate Pilot and she's a creative who has carefully fitted out the boat. Built in 2004 and commissioned in 2005, Helene IV can be a comfortable live aboard,  seasonal condo, coastal cruiser or a boat to travel the Great Loop.
