TROUBLE is a Colgate 26 built in 2006 by Precision Boat Works. The design was commissioned and developed by the Colgates for use at their well-known sailing school. Versatile and safe, they are known as The Boat for All Seasons. Commonly seen in both harbors and lakes, the design makes for a very comfortable day-sailor.  It is also the perfect boat for teaching. For racing enthusiasts there are many local and regional competitions. The boat is built with positive foam flotation making it unsinkable. 

TROUBLE is a one owner boat. The owners  kept her in excellent condition, upgrading her before it became necessary. Hardware and sheets are in excellent condition. Carbon fiber main and jib built by OneSail in 2020. There is also a spinnaker and gennaker. Instruments include a Garmin chartplotter, depthsounder, Plastimo compass and an AIS handheld. In addition the waterproof fuse panel is new with charging ports for electronics, the bilge hoses have been replaced, complete set of cockpit and cabin cushions (2 still in their original wrapping) and a never used portable head. The OB is a Tohatsu 4-stroke 6HP Sailpro that is serviced yearly. There is also a trailer for sale, separate from the boat.
