The Mako 233 Walk Around is the angler's answer for storage and overnight accommodations, plus a large cockpit area for fishing. This model has 145 gallons of fuel, 13 gallons of water, large LiveWell, deep fish boxes, port and starboard recessed rod racks, and a helm large enough to fit the latest electronics.  The cabin has a recessed cooler in a countertop cabinet unit, V-berth, and Porta-Potti all standard. Due to her deep-V design, the ride is very stable, soft and extremely dry. A wide walkaround deck area provides safety when anchoring or washing down after a fishing trip, and there is Mako non-skid all over. Other features include a walk-through transom door, dive ladder, a self-bailing cockpit, and foam-filled floatation. Mako Boats were at one time the standard for offshore, rugged, and reliable construction. They were intentionally overbuilt to withstand offshore conditions. When their manufacturing process and ownership situation changed, there was a perceived drop in quality.
